This page is maintained by Oak Path Goods and reflects our current terms. It isn't a substitute for legal advice, and nothing here is meant to limit rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Using our site

You're welcome to browse and shop as a guest, or create an account to make future orders easier. If you create an account, please keep your login credentials to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has used them. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order.

Please don't try to scrape, copy, or otherwise misuse the site or its content. We built it for shopping, not for republishing.

Orders and payment

After you place an order, we may send an order confirmation. We may cancel or adjust an order before shipment if an item is unavailable, a price is clearly incorrect, or payment cannot be verified.

We do our best to keep prices, availability, and product details accurate, but mistakes happen. If something is materially wrong with your order after we've confirmed it, we'll reach out with your options.

Shipping and delivery

Estimated shipping times, costs, and carrier options are described on our Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided — but if something goes wrong in transit, get in touch and we'll help sort it out.

Returns and refunds

Our return window and process are described on the Returns page. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned items. Some items, including certain grocery, perishable, and opened personal-care items, may be non-returnable as described in our Returns policy.

Intellectual property

The Oak Path Goods name, logo, and the site content we create belong to Oak Path Goods. Product images, product names, and product descriptions may be owned by the manufacturers, suppliers, or other third parties they relate to, and are used to identify the items offered on this site. You're welcome to share links to individual pages and products. Please don't copy larger portions of the site or use our brand assets without permission — email team@oakpathgoods.com if you'd like to.

Disclaimers and liability

We work hard to make the site accurate and reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or perfectly up to date. To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any single order is limited to what you paid for that order. This section doesn't affect any rights you have that can't be waived under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to our business operations. If a dispute comes up, we'd genuinely rather work it out with you directly — email us first and we'll do our best to make it right.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version is always the one on this page. If a change is significant, we'll call it out clearly at the top.
